INTRODUCTION FEES STRUCTURE
|

Introduction fees are based on the first year's gross salary package offered to and accepted by the candidate on commencement of his/her employment, a copy of which should be sent to Europe at the time of offer.
The fee will incorporate housing or transportation allowance (or equivalent value of housing or transport provided) by the client. The fee will also incorporate guaranteed bonuses that form part of the annual salary. Also the fees will not incorporate perks such as tickets, medical or school fees.

Our Fee Schedule:

Speculative C.V.'s – any salary level 9%
Gross salary package from Dhs 5,000 to Dhs 9,999 per month 10%
Gross salary package from Dhs 10,000 to Dhs 14,999 per month 12%
Gross salary package from Dhs 15,000 & above per month 14%

ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DATE OF INVOICE

| The minimum gross salary required is Dhs 5,000 per month. A minimum fee can apply for a candidate placed on a monthly salary below this figure is Dhs 6,000. |
GUARANTEED CANDIDATES REPLACEMENT
|
In case the candidate is terminated or resigns the clients employment within 12 weeks of commencement for any reason, the client must advise us in writing within 7 days of the event. Europe shall endeavor to seek a replacement candidate at no additional cost, subject tour invoice having been paid within 14 days of issue. If no replacement candidate is required, alternatively we will offer a refund reducing over 12 weeks period on the following basis: |
Weeks 1 and 2 – Full refund (less Dhs 1500.00 administration costs.)
Weeks 3 – 8 50% rebate
Weeks 9 - 12 25% rebate |

Europe can accept no liability under any circumstances for any loss, expenses, costs or damages that the client may suffer arising in connection with the introduction to the Client of a Candidate. We agree to Europe 's terms and conditions of Business, as stated above, please sign below and affix the company stamp. These terms are valid for a period of 1 year from date of signing.
